You need to realise that there are two airports used in Uganda and one is commercial while the other is a military base, and for commercial plane, they will land at the new airport which to my knowledge has not bullet holes or any baring to the famous Entebbe raid by Israel even after the war that ended in 1985. So whoever is making this comments better get their facts right. Am a Ugandan in the UK and i would like to say that the description of the entebbe airport is all wrong. I flew in and out of Entebbe in 1988 due to a refueling stop on a flight from NE Zaire to Nairobi on a 10-seater Beechcraft (or something). It was very rough flying out of Zaire, and I was at the back. It was one of the most uncomfortable flights of my life, so my relief at arriving at Entebbe was enormous.<br/><br/>At Entebbe, we had time to walk around the airport, which seemed vacant.
