There's a photo of this aluminum domed building at http://www.temcor.com/aluminum_domes.htm.

Also, Yahoo Travel provides this description:

I have no idea what it is called, but it’s in Santiago:

This is in the southern hemisphere. North is to the right of the picture. The sun is shining from higher than NE (and not quite NNE). The country (or at least the area) is arid.

To the top right of the picture, the opening in the wall is not much wider than a single vehicle. To the left of the building are what look like stairs leading off of the picture. This gives some sense of the scale of the building.

Possibly a storage facility. It may be that similar circular structures are off of the top and bottom of the photo.

Does anyone else notice any defining characteristics that could help narrow down the location. My gut says somewhere in Africa, but that's not very helpful, really.
