I’d say look in Turkey.
Northern hemisphire, red soil.
But mostly because of all of the solar hot water heaters on the roof.

For what it’s worth, I’ve scanned the east coast of Sicily. Nada. The photos of that area show reddish earth so it was worth a shot. I’m with Cal that the latitude is in the Turkey/Sicily range.
This one seems like an apartment complex, as it has three separate entrances (N, S, and E). I wouldn’t think that a hotel or government building would have so many entrances.

ok, this one is in New Delhi, India. For the life of me I can’t isolate what exactly it is. There are a lot of schools and embassies in the area.
