No secret, just a little bit of luck.
It looked European, so I turned on the roads-layer and began searching in France, Italy etc., concentrating on the ‘brownish’ parts.
After a few attempts I got a bit bored/frustrated, so I zoomed out and decided to go for a random out-of-centre part of Europe.
It turned out to be just the right spot
