A hint here would be rushing things.

O Be patient!

Don't be too critical of this one, dissidents will be banned ...

Obviously obtuse, this obsessive observer objects!!
Take that famous express-train out of here!
Adriaan
The clues all point to one place - I just can't find it. Apparently, I'm better at clues than searching.
Russia - That was the easy part. Near Omsk.

If you zoom in on the curve, there is a vehicle on the road.
Actually 406 miles north of Omsk.
In those regions, that is near Omsk.

Almost forgot the clue-clarification:
- the first one I borrowed from Brad, it's the same he used for #28-e : rushing points towards Russia.
- the second one "O Be patient" was ment to lead you to the river Ob. Alan did a subtle repeat of this hint a few days later.
- the one about dissidents being banned was a reference to Siberia, as was teh last one: Trans Siberia Express.

The rushing thing sent me to Russia right away, but as we all know, it's a bit big.
Dissidents said Siberia, and Alan's "O" clue got me searching for cities in Siberia that start with "O".
Then I just had to find some hi-res area - I just didn't expect it to be that far away. But then, the clue had nothing to do with Omsk.
(Omsk is closer to Dushanbe, Tajikistan - 3 countries away - than it is to Moscow.)
