Belmont Harbour - Chicago

Two things:
- I’m not the solver of this one, so I don’t deserve credit for this one.
- I’m a bit surprised this is Belmont Harbour, because I can’t find a mooring-’star’ there with such a precise north-south alignment as your puzzle.
Maybe the image has changed. There have been a lot of changes on GoogleEarth lately.

Adriaan is right - it’s not Belmont Harbour, and the image has also changed. This mooring star has boats at it now.

In that case it’s in Burnham Harbo(u)r,
still in Chicago, though.
