Where else but North America. A motel with a pool in the middle. Has a bit of a desert/prairie feel to it. Dare I say: Route 66? Pure speculation. ;)

Looks like Sossusvlei, Namibia
well to me it does anyway!
Based on the shadows, this one should be in the northern hemisphere, so Namibia is out.
