So, what do you think? Is this a natural structure like a volcano or meteorite-impactcrater, or a man-made one (bombcrater, waterreservoir)? I’m not sure myself.

I’m going for man-made. Water at a guess. Look at 28°47′53.72″N 21°17′52.99″E. Definitely man-made and very similar.
